1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment in and participation in educational programs offered by Crestline ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in any of our programs or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not enroll in our programs or use our services. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before proceeding with enrollment.
2. Definitions
- "Services" refers to our financial education programs, consultations, and related educational offerings
- "Participant" or "You" refers to any individual enrolled in our programs
- "Program" refers to any structured educational service we offer, including Digital Banking Navigation, Unit Trust Selection Workshop, and Comprehensive Investment Strategy

- "Content" refers to information, text, graphics, and materials on our website and in our programs
3. Eligibility
To enroll in our programs, you must:

4. Service Description
Crestline provides educational programs focused on financial topics relevant to individuals in Malaysia. Our services include:

- Individual consultations (where included in program)

- Access to program instructors for questions during program duration
Program details, including duration, session count, and content coverage, are described on our website and in enrollment materials. We reserve the right to modify program content to improve educational quality, provided such changes do not substantially alter the program scope.
5. Enrollment and Payment
5.1 Enrollment Process: Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and acceptance of these Terms. We will send enrollment confirmation via email.
5.2 Payment Terms: Program fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed in writing. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
5.3 Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your enrollment more than 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date are non-refundable, though we may offer program credit at our discretion.
5.4 Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work with you to find suitable alternative dates.
6. Participant Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if unable to attend
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
- Complete any preparatory work or exercises as requested
- Use program materials solely for personal educational purposes
- Not record sessions without prior written permission
- Maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by other participants
- Provide honest feedback to help us improve program quality
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content: All program content, materials, templates, frameworks, and website content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Crestline. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.
7.2 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent. Commercial use of program materials is strictly prohibited.
7.3 Participant Content: Any information, questions, or insights you share during programs remain yours. However, by participating, you grant us permission to use anonymized or aggregated participant insights to improve program quality.
8. Educational Nature and Disclaimers
8.1 Educational Purpose: Our programs are educational in nature and designed to help you develop financial understanding. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional consultation services.
8.2 No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, financial results, or performance from participation in our programs. Financial decisions remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law:
9.1 Direct Damages: Our total liability for any claims arising from your participation in our programs shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
9.2 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, investment losses, or opportunity costs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technological failures.
10. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of personal information shared during individual consultations. However, information shared in group sessions may be heard by other participants. We ask all participants to respect the privacy of others and not disclose information shared by fellow participants outside the program context.
11. Termination
11.1 By Participant: You may withdraw from a program by notifying us in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our cancellation policy.
11.2 By Crestline: We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or for other reasonable cause. In such cases, refunds will be provided at our discretion.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access program materials and attend sessions ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Privacy
Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will always post the most current version on our website with the revision date.
14. Dispute Resolution

15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crestline regarding program participation.
15.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
15.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor entity.
